The lens I bring to strategy, storytelling and advocacy comes from having lived inside complexity — not observing it from the outside. My work is underpinned by lived experience, not theory.
I don’t arrive with templates or predetermined answers. I listen, reflect, challenge and translate — helping people make sense of what they already know, but haven’t yet been able to act on.

My structured, facilitation-led model reflects my grounded work in practice: listening closely, discerning what’s really happening, translating insight into clear direction, to support confident decision - making, actions and outputs.
We translate expertise, intent and direction into clear, aligned stories and assets that people can actually use — internally and externally.
We explore pathways, opportunities and possibilities that have been overlooked — often because people are too close to the work or caught in day-to-day pressure.
We clarify what truly matters — values, purpose, context and constraints — reconnecting people to the core of their work without nostalgia or noise.
