If you’re here, I’m guessing you love regional Australia too - not as a concept or Insta-post, but as a lived reality!
I was born in the Northern Rivers and have spent most of my life in regional Australia - mustering cattle on horseback, loading grain, lamb marking, and endless hours fixing fences. On the other end, I’ve also worked in national television with my own personal stylists and even an eyebrow lady (yes, really).
WORk with meI’m also an autism mum and a family violence advocate. Those parts of my life have deeply shaped my values and standards - how I listen, where I draw boundaries, and why I refuse to trade truth for traction.
I started this work because listening, discernment and care have always been the foundation of how I operate professionally. Journalism taught me how to hear what people are really saying and turn complexity into clarity. Today, I use those skills to help people and organisations articulate what matters and translate that into stories and strategies they can act on - with integrity.
I work where strategy, storytelling and regional impact meet.
I help leaders, organisations, media companies and communities cut through complexity, get clear on what matters most, and turn that clarity into stories and strategies that move people to action.
At times, that means facilitation and alignment. At others, it means narrative and communications. And often, it means advocacy… protecting lived experience from being diluted, oversimplified or ignored.
Learn MoreMy work shows up in different forms, but it all points to the same purpose.
A collaborative, holistic ecosystem for farmers, supply chains, distributors and industry to improve the health of our soil and communities.
Where I lead storytelling, marketing and communications projects including narrative development, strategic content, film and documentary production, and place-based storytelling.
A platform dedicated to elevating the lived experience, leadership and opportunity across regional, rural and remote Australia.
A long-form storytelling documentary series that challenges false narratives and shines a light on the innovators shaping regional, rural and remote Australia.
Insight → Translation → Creation
Foundation | Future | Stories (FFS) emerged from a consistent pattern I saw across regional business, community and media environments: people rarely lacked expertise - they lacked the space and structure to make sense of complexity, reconnect to what mattered, and move forward without compromising integrity.
What often presented as a messaging or momentum issue was usually a deeper disconnect from purpose, values and possibility, amplified by pressure, competing narratives and constant noise.
This model I have created reflects my work in practice: listening closely, discerning what’s really happening,
Translating insight into clear direction, and then shaping aligned stories and usable assets that support confident decision-making, action and outputs.
It is not a branding exercise, and it is not coaching - it is a staged engagement designed to turn lived experience and expertise into clarity, credibility and momentum.
WORK WITH ME
I’m values-led in a practical way - not as branding, but as a standard I hold myself to in every room I walk into. I stand for health, wisdom and truth in a world increasingly driven by noise, false narratives and distortion

BOOK A CHATIf something you’ve read on this site resonates, I’d genuinely love to hear what you’re working on.
I work best with people and organisations who care about integrity, clarity and doing things properly - especially in regional, rural and remote Australia, where the context is real, and the stakes are high.
